Cole Kilgore

Born and raised in Franklin, TN, Cole graduated from Centennial High School and received a degree in Construction Science from the University of Tennessee. He remained in Knoxville following graduation and worked for one of the largest home builders as a superintendent. Cole and his wife Jennifer moved back to Middle Tennessee in 2016. Cole comes from a sales-driven family and it was a natural fit for him to join his mother, Sarah, in her real estate business. His inherent sales ability, outgoing personality, and knowledge of construction has transferred seamlessly to their real estate business. He brings an additional peace of mind to their clients during the home selection, inspection, and walk-through process with his construction background and experience.

Cole has won back-to-back Awards of Excellence with the Greater Nashville REALTORS^® and is now a Lifetime Award winner, 2016-22. He is also a back-to-back Platinum award winner with Williamson County Association of REALTORS^®, 2023-24.

Cole and his wife, Jennifer, and their two children reside in Thompsons Station, TN. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys golf, cooking, and spending time with his family.
