A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Holly established her career in South Carolina, where she owned and managed her own brokerage, serving the Greater Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville areas. She later expanded her leadership as Broker-in-Charge for another company covering nine major markets across the state. Over the years, she has guided buyers, sellers, builders, developers, and investors through every stage of the real estate process.

Her leadership has extended beyond day-to-day sales. Holly has served on special committees with the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® and with the Charleston MLS Board, holding positions including Director, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and President. She has also partnered closely with builders and developers, consulting on floor plan design and creating comprehensive community marketing strategies — including branding, signage, media, pre-sell campaigns, and agent outreach — to help neighborhoods sell from the first shovel in the ground through final closeout.
