Joel Booker is the graphic designer at MERIT, bringing an eye for detail and creativity to the team. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Lipscomb University in 2025. Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Joel moved to Nashville to pursue his studies and quickly found a passion for utilizing design to help brands excel with clear and impactful communication materials. Whether designing digital assets, print pieces, or brand visuals, he is committed to producing high-quality work that reflects the professionalism and energy of MERIT Real Estate Advisors.

Outside of design, Joel enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and road tripping the US, and rooting for his DC sports teams.
