A lifelong Nashvillian, Regina Smith brings over 40 years of experience representing buyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee. As the Owner and Managing Broker of MERIT Real Estate Advisors, she has built her reputation on service, integrity, and results. Regina’s goal in every transaction is to put her clients’ best interests first—ensuring a seamless process and the most profitable outcome possible.

A graduate of Lipscomb University, Regina has been recognized throughout her career for her leadership and dedication to the real estate industry. Our services help real estate professionals enhance their online presence and manage their digital marketing efforts
